To log a new request, please visit our new client portal at http://changepoint.custhelp.com/ and provide a short description of the problem with reproduction steps, business impact and the expected results.
You will continue to have access to the Team Folders and Workflow Reminders on the Changepoint portal, however the Request module on the portal will not be accessible. Requests opened prior to August 10, 2016 will stay in the Changepoint system and you will continue to work with an analyst until they are resolved.
